What you’ll be doing:
• Lead Principals and Directors of Operations, Quality, CA, and Specifications,
• Manage and lead employees to ensure efficiency across multiple office locations in different time zones,
• Develop training and mentorship programs and initiatives, including programs for leadership,
• Develop annual business plans, strategies, and methodologies necessary for the ongoing growth and development of the firm,
• Work closely with the CEO and other leaders to support firm initiatives,
• Partner with internal/external resources to promote the use of technology throughout the firm that drive quality, efficiency, and design excellence.
Here’s what you’ll need:
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred,
• 10+ years of experience in an Operations Executive role in AEC firms,
• Excellent leadership, managerial, and business skills,
• Experience working for multi-state organizations,
• Proven experience in profitable operational leadership and management,
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, be flexible to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner,
• Proficient in Deltek Vantagepoint, Microsoft Office Suite or related software; Excel proficiency a must.

Architect

PSH+ is a relatively small but growing Architectural & Interior Design firm based in Richmond, VA. The clients we serve include a sustained book of work for a variety of healthcare groups, ranging in scale from health systems to sole practitioners.

We need to expand our talented healthcare studio to maintain our high level of client service. We’re looking for Architects or Interior Designers with significant healthcare design and project management experience. These are full-time positions with competitive compensation, benefits, and the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
• Expertise in healthcare planning, architecture and/or interior design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Licensed professionals or candidates on that track preferred
