2023 Case Review of Legal Decisions Affecting Architects

Jonathan C. Shoemaker, Paul E. Knupp, and Joseph W. Cooch look forward to presenting the 2023 Case Review of Legal Decisions Affecting Architects, reviewing legal decisions from across the country that affect architects and identifying “lessons learned” to apply to your design practice. Each year, the team at Lee/Shoemaker PLLC tracks cases involving architects and engineers, and they have cultivated a bespoke program for AIA-Richmond highlighting the most significant cases from 2022 illustrating the unique legal challenges faced by architects and the practical solutions that architects may incorporate into their daily practice to manage those risks.
