Lunch & Learn: Mass Timber

Join us in person for a session on mass timber structural systems to gain an overall understanding and increase knowledge on available system types.

Learning objectives:

1. Understand different mass timber structural systems available to explore for project types
2. Utilize resources for determining max allowable spans for each system to layout load bearing elements in floor plans
3. Estimate overall structural depths based on spans required for floor plan layouts
4. Participants will learn the various advantages to combining composite structures and mass timber slabs from start to finish of the project
