Hard Hat Tour: VCU Technology Operations Center

This tour examines the use of precast concrete exterior wall panels on VCU’s new Technology Operations Center (TOC) building. The 40′ wide urban infill project site with adjacent 3 and 4 story buildings presented several challenges that were overcome through the use of precast concrete wall panels.
