WRiD: Let’s Share

This month we are extending the celebration from Women’s History Month, by hosting an interactive session to share our stories and turn the spotlight on ourselves.

Every one of us has struggled, fell down, accomplished something, inspired someone and grown throughout our lives as women in design. This session would be a platform for participants to share those experiences they’ve faced in their career. Your experiences can be someone’s guide to success. Your stories can be someone’s inspiration! We encourage you to join us on April 26^th and share. We welcome you to bring images, photos or videos of your work.

Prompts for storytelling:

• Your proudest achievement or satisfaction moment
• Biggest challenge/ hurdle you’ve had to overcome
• Your day-to-day struggles, happy moments or guilty pleasures
• Inspiring moments in your career; day-to-day motivations
• Situations where you had to self-advocate to get similar benefits as male-counterparts in the work
